Trade Winds Citrus Limited has acquired the rights to manufacture and distribute the Wakefield line of juices as of July 1, 2005. Effective June 30, 2005, Wakefield Industries Limited will cease to operate its juice business.

This acquisition forms part of a three fold, expansive growth programme which includes investment in agriculture and the construction of more than 200,000 additional square feet of cold storage and production space. Trade Winds Citrus Limited is amassing the necessary tools and ISO/HAACP certifications to meet the demand of distributors throughout Europe, Canada, North America, Caricom countries and Jamaica.
